Jep jep, we hebben eindelijk een echte planning gemaakt. Na veel rekenwerk, opzoekwerk en prijsvergelijkingen hebben we besloten eerst the east coast verder af te werken en dan naar sydney te gaan om SUPERHARD te werken :) Wat wel nodig gaat zijn als ik nog langer in Austalie wil blijven! Maar dat komt allemaal goed! Alles is geboekt en betaald tot midden december! jeeeeuj! Dus we kunnen er niet meer onder uit :)
Het plan:
Maandagochtend vertrekken we richting Hervey Bay om de dag nadien onmiddelijk naar Fraser island te gaan voor 2 dagen. Een begeleide tour die ons de mooiste plekjes van het eiland gaat laten zien! Nadien terug een nacht in Hervey Bay om nadien de nachtbus te nemen richting airlie beach, waar we 1 nacht blijven. de volgende dag direct op de boot te springen om the Witsundays te verkennen en the great barrier rief. 1 van de prachtigste plaatsen op aarde naar 'tschijnt en als ik naar de foto's kijk: niet gelogen! 3 dagen en 2 nachten het bootleven verkennen en nadien richting Cairns met de bus. Dan 1 nacht in cairns om de volgende dag naar de jungle te trekken waar we drie dagen zullen blijven EN een junglewandeling zullen doen!!! Gaat super worden. Dan nog een paar dagen in Cairns rondhangen, het vliegtuig (4 decenber) nemen richtin syndey en beginnen werken voor de rest van de zomer hier. Met andere woorden: Syndey niet verlaten tot Februari, want dan moet ik papa gaan zoeken in de woestijn :)
Voila dat is het plan! Voor de rest is het hier in Brisbane niet zo interessant. De stas is nog steeds in volle opbouw, dus ja het is hier 1 groot werf. De hostel stelt ook niet veel voor.. Ik zal blij zijn als ik hier weg ben, maar we kennen hier wel een paar mensen die hier studeren. Dat maakt het wel leuk! Voor de rest geen trillerverhalen of situatie meer gehad, ik zeg het het is hier nogal een saaie stad ;)

Als je denkt dat Bribane saai is (na Sydney is alles saai op het eerste zicht ...), wacht dan maar tot je in Cairns komt ! Daar is echt niks, buiten honderd bureeltjes van waaruit je uitstappen kan boeken ... En ja, krokodillen zijn er ook, vlak naast de kust ... Er is wel een prachtig openlucht zwembad !
Maar de omgeving van Cairns is dan weer wondermooi : inderdaad, the Great Barrier Reef is een wondertje onder water (zeker gaan snorkelen !!! En de groetjes doen aan Nemo, die daar rondhangt met zijn familietje ... :-))
Het regenwoud rond Cairns is ook heel knap, maar denk er aan : het noemt niet voor niks het regenwoud ! Hou je kangoerakske maar bij de hand ... :-)
